Day Five
Today is about the way you speak to yourself.
Not out loud.
Inside.



Notice the tone of your inner voice.
Is it gentle?
Is it rushed?
Is it tried?


You don`t need to change it.
Just notice it.


If you wouldn`t speak this way to someone you love, you don`t have to speak this to yourself.


Try this:
For the next few breaths,
let your inner voice soften.


Say, quietly inside:
" I`m here. "
" That`s enough for now. "
" I can move slowly. "


Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.


Just a kinder way of being with yourself.
