Day Six
Today is about your energy.
Not how much you give.
But how much you keep.



Notice where you feel full.
Notice where you feel tired.
Notice what feels light.
Notice what feels heavy.


You don`t need to judge any of it.
You don`t need to fix it.


Just notice.



Ask yourself, gently:
What is one small thing i can do today to support myself?



It doesn`t have to be big.
It doesn`t have to be perfect.


Even one kind choice is enough.


Stay here for a few slow breaths.
Let your body choose ease over effort.


You are allowed to move at your own pace.
